What will you do?
- Protect the team leads time and ensure that his time is focused on his top 20% activity, which will support him in achieving the teams goals
- Contract to Close – Oversee all contracts through closing
- Implement, and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office support
- Be the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries via: phone, email and TXT
- Keep the team lead informed regarding any problems or issues that need to be handled
- Schedule showings, prepare contracts, research prospective real estate projects
- Manage marketing projects including but not limited to annual events like our Fishing Tournament
- Perform time saving tasks for the team lead which will include some personal projects as requested
Daily Tasks:
- Oversee aspects of buyer & seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing
- Regularly update & maintain communication with clients, agents, contractors and other venders
- Research properties, individuals or other variables that might effect a deal
- Coordinate scheduling and showings
- Input client information into CRM
- Entering listings into the MLS
- Following up with leads via phone, email and mailers
- Social media posting, interaction, and other marketing
- Provide concierge level customer service to clients
Knowledge/Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities
- Exceptional telephone skills: o Customer Service – tone and temperament o Sales – the ability to confirm appointments or hand leads off when appropriate

- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Real estate license preferred
- 1–3 years of customer service and management experience
- 3–5 years of administrative experience
