The Caruso Group at Keller Williams Realty is looking for a dynamic self-starter to join our team as an Executive Coordinator. What is this job you may ask? It’s someone who handles all listings and their sellers, as well as tackles administrative duties in the office. This is a full-time, salaried position with bonuses for each closed transaction. M-F, 9-5pm.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Works on the listing side, takes sellers through each step of the listing process from the moment the lead comes to us, until they go under contract.
  • Attend home photoshoots
  • List property on MLS
  • Make sure all listing docs for each seller is completed and submit to compliance
  • Organize and schedule open houses, provide weekly feedback to sellers from open houses and showings
  • Maintaining the team’s CRM (KW Connect)
  • Be the first person people reach when they call/text our business line
  • Monitor contract dates and work with team to make sure all deadlines are achieved

Requirements:

  • Must be tech savvy! (Can quickly learn online programs without much assistance) This position will absolutely bury anyone who is not technically strong and administratively versatile!
  • Minimum 2 yrs Admin, Office Manager, or Executive Asst experience OR any real estate experience

Qualifications:

  • Florida Real Estate license or real estate/title/mortgage experience STRONGLY preferredKn
  • Kowledge of MLS, Dotloop is a huge plus
  • Great phone presence and well-groomed personal appearance
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills (detail/checklist focused)
  • Able to always be a step ahead of the team leader
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
  • Local knowledge of the Tampa Bay area is a huge plus!
  • Reliable car is required for some occasional errands (attending photoshoots, dropping off lockboxes/flyers, etc)
