Now hiring Receptionist/Office Assistant for executive suites office building – Pay starting at $12.00 an hour, raise after 90 days.

Job Duties:

  • Operate multi-line phone system, route calls and take messages, respond to general inquiries
  • Greet and assist tenants clients
  • Receiving and sorting daily mail
  • Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks required
  • Occasional assistance to accounting team with various data entry tasks
  • Complete other duties, tasks and activities as they arise.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • HS Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1+ years in a receptionist/customer service/client facing role
  • Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Exposure to heavy phone based and walk in visitor greeting roles
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Must be able to multi-task and prioritize tasks
  • Customer service attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $12.00 /hour

Experience:
