Now hiring Receptionist/Office Assistant for executive suites office building – Pay starting at $12.00 an hour, raise after 90 days.
Job Duties:
- Operate multi-line phone system, route calls and take messages, respond to general inquiries
- Greet and assist tenants clients
- Receiving and sorting daily mail
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks required
- Occasional assistance to accounting team with various data entry tasks
- Complete other duties, tasks and activities as they arise.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1+ years in a receptionist/customer service/client facing role
- Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Exposure to heavy phone based and walk in visitor greeting roles
- Excellent organization skills
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
