Acuity is a communications solutions provider focused on helping businesses better leverage their mobile, voice, and data infrastructures. We’ve been around since 2002 but pivoted our service model a few years ago and are pushing hard to drive growth.
This is a support role, providing data analytics to a variety of clients on multiple data sources.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Expense Analyst is responsible for managing the month-to-month expenses and data validation of several clients. You will be assisting many different groups throughout the organization with flexibility and the ability to multi-task are critical.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Analyze and audit telecom invoices using both automated and manual approaches to identify errors/opportunities
- Track and Report on spend
- Prepare dispute claims and communicate results to team and clients
- Meet established timelines for regular client reporting
- Analyze contracts and tariffs to determine appropriate rates and discounts
- Provide analytical support to help clients achieve optimal cost efficiency of their mobility expenses and realize cost savings on an ongoing basis
