We are looking for someone to help manage the maintenance and guest services needs of a growing property management company in the Tampa Bay area. We manage properties on the short-term rental market and need someone to be our “boots-on-the-ground” to manage maintenance needs at our properties as well as certain guest services. This role is part-time with flexible and varying hours.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
-You are a problem solver who is incredibly handy and can solve minor maintenance and repairs.
-You are very independent, asks for help when necessary, and most importantly, very consistent and reliable.
-This person must have a flexible schedule and be happy to work at odd hours when necessary.
DETAILS
This role will require someone who is able to respond to issues on short notice when necessary and who can self-manage to ensure that tasks are completed in a timely manner throughout the week. Work will be consistent, schedule will not be. Work will be done on an “as required” basis.

Reliable transportation
Must clear drug and background check
