The objective is to increase the number of sales opportunities for the team, to promote and professionally represent the good reputation of Don Taylor, P.A. and our entire team. We need individuals to support the outside sales team in an effort to market existing listings and find new listings as well as to minimize lost sales opportunities.
Opportunity to build a new Inside Sales Company and be an equity partner. The right candidate will be driven to succeed and possess these attributes, skills and abilities:
- Achieving productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in form of sales leads) and cold calling.
- Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities and overall management of the listing and sales pipeline through the sales and listing cycle.
- Accurately qualify potential customers for appointments with field agents.
- Stay fully abreast of the evolving real estate market in The Gulf Beaches and Greater St Pete area.
- Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline.
- Understand and adhere to local, state and federal laws regarding real estate brokerage services.
- Accurately track and convey productivity and sales metrics to management.
- Participate in regular training and education requirements.
Location: You will work out of the Seminole or Madeira Beach office.

- Extremely strong phone skills: ability to set and close appointments over the phone.
- Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies).
Qualifications

- Decisive and proactive.
- Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written).
- An active Florida Real Estate license or past experience is preferred but not required
