We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with entrepreneurial ambition and a positive attitude. Our project managers are proactive and comfortable with full control of the projects they run. This position is a Construction Management position requiring responsibility for the entire project from the design through the warranty period. They must have excellent communication and computer skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION:
- Prepare initial and final contract budgets
- Create & manage project budgets and schedules, client expectations, project schedules, subs and vendors
- Manage multiple projects at various stages of completion
- Attend and contribute to weekly L10 team meetings
- Assist client and consultant design team to finalize project design
- Define and develop scope of work documents for all project items
- Review, provide input and consult with clients to obtain approvals
- Receive, approve, upload all project documentation and invoices into software
REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of five years of project management experience in custom residential construction.
- Computer proficiency, experience with Mac products a plus
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong written and speaking skills
- Superb ability to manage scheduling
- Strong ability to review and understand building plans
- A thorough understanding of construction processes and practices
- Enjoyment and ability in sales is a definite plus
- Construction management degree would be preferred by not required
- An understanding of proper architecture and good design skills
- Innovative thinker
- Great at implementation
- Skilled at personal relationships
- Agile in moving from task to task
