Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Property Manager for our expanding investor portfolio. The successful applicant will have at least 3 years prior experience in residential Property Management and will be comfortable using AppFolio as the preferred software management platform.
Key Attributes: We are looking to aggressively grow the number of properties we have under management and the successful applicant will, therefore, be highly sales-focused, possibly with a network of contacts that can accelerate this goal. As a result, remuneration will be split between salary and commission, with a strong focus on the latter. Earning potential is uncapped.
Our company aims to provide its clients with the very highest levels of Customer Service and the successful applicant will, therefore, have excellent communication and management skills. The ability to handle a high volume of tasks, whilst managing the requirements of staff, contractors, landlords, and tenants is considered an essential attribute.
