Providence Lakes is a 260 unit Market rate property located in Brandon, FL. This property boasts newly renovated units and cutting edge amenities.

Position Summary:
The property manager for this site office must be well versed in all facets of Property Management; budgeting, rent collections, renovation overview, financial reporting, resident interaction, marketing, occupancy, staff supervision & development.
Essential Functions:
- Preparation, adherence & implementation of the annual budgets
- Timely collection rents
- Maintain Occupancy Goals
- Work with maintenance staff to implement programs and controls & ensure the interiors / exteriors of all buildings and facilities are maintained appropriately
- Implement / monitor public safety & security programs
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements of owners, lenders, Winn Corporate, etc.
- Staff supervision & development; weekly meetings, performance reviews, etc.
- Operational overview and reporting of on-going renovations
Job Requirements:
Education – College Degree preferred / actual experience is transferrable
Years of Experience – 3 – 5 years property management experience
Certifications/Licensure – SHCM / C3P, CPO / COS, CAM / CPM / ARM
Computer Skills – Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Physical Requirements – Able to lift up to 50 pounds
Other – Ability to read, write and speak English a plus
