This position is for an EXPERIENCED Residential Maintenance Technician ONLY!
We are a Property Management Company who has been in business over 50 years and are looking for a full time Residential Maintenance Technician to hire immediately. This position will work at apartments and houses located in Baldwin County.
Candidate must:
- Have 5 years of maintenance experience
- Have strong skills in the following:
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Appliance Repair
- HVAC (EPA certification preferred)
- Be able to lift 75 lbs.
- Have reliable transportation
- Have excellent work references
- Be able to pass a background check and drug screen upon applying.

- Take direction easily from supervisor

- Be able to work independently
- Have a great personality and be able to interact with residents daily
- Be able to complete tasks completely and accurately.
- Be able to take call on a rotating basis one week out of every 3-6 weeks
