The Facilities Manager will serve as the customer business liaison and will be responsible for the financial performance of the local account. Lead and execute a variety of facilities management services within a local setting for a national client. This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong communication and customer service skills. In addition, focus on the needs and requirements of the client using service based solutions and best practices to exceed expectations. Our services include, but are not limited to, Janitorial, Landscaping, Physical Security, Pest Control, Moves/Adds/Change, Mailroom and Distribution, Paint/Patch, and Minor Maintenance / Handyman services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide oversight to vendors providing services including but not limited to: janitorial, security, pest control, cafe and/or vending, landscape.
- Responsible for distributing and closing out work orders from within the customers computer based maintenance system (Maximo)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior Facilities experience within the Business & Industry sector
- Prior experience managing vendors and subcontractors
- Experience with Maximo and CMMS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Client Relations and Customer Service Oriented
