Description:
This position will assist the Operations Center Manager in the efficient operation of the Holland & Knight Operations Center located in Brandon, FL. and provide quality support service.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Provide assistance in Office Services as needed, including, but not limited to, printing, handling the mail, shipping services and copying services.
- Carry out all facilities functions including, but not limited to, office moves, maintenance, furniture assembly, HVAC management.
- Assist with facilities management operations including security, landscaping, housekeeping, HK Café, etc.
- Draft documents, memoranda, vendor correspondence, e-mail, etc.
- Evaluate and negotiate with vendors to provide service and equipment.
- Special projects as requested.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of facilities and/or office services experience preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Diplomacy and responsiveness.
- Ability to perform in high pressure environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
Minimum Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
