We have an immediate opening for a full-time 1st shift facilities coordinator for an office building in St. Petersburg. The position is Monday-Friday first shift and offers an excellent starting wage of $15.00-$16.00 an hour. Assist the Facilities team with various facility and maintenance related activities. This is an entry level role. Will work under close to moderate supervision with limited latitude for independent judgment. Consults with senior peers on non-complex projects to learn through experience. Typically requires up to three (3) years of facility coordination or office administrative support-related experience.
