Job Description

Arcadis, the world’s leading natural and built asset design & consultancy firm is currently seeking a Facilities Management Compliance Lead for the Tampa, FL area.  As global compliance lead, Arcadis will be responsible for the oversight, assurance, planning and control of Facilities Management, with the aim of improving performance, reducing cost, controlling risk and reducing environmental impact, in a sustainable manner.

Be part of a team that will deliver the transition and will take ownership of delivery across retail, offices, commercial, special projects and critical facilities as appropriate in each country.  The program will be providing services over at least 6.5 days per week when considering international time-zones and working days hence the need for agile and efficient coverage of the work across global teams.

Driving Performance:

  • Reduction of deferrals by 15%, PPM volume/costs by 10% and reactive tickets (20%)
  • Reliable and consistent data across all regions

  • Continual benchmarking and analysis with Arcadis Clients/Sectors
  • Maintaining assurance on statutory compliance, health & safety and environment

Transforming for the digital age:

  • Developing proposal for the enhancement and introduction of new digital ways of working, including using algorithms to use real time data creating live regional/global reporting
  • Use technology to create better more reliable data to enable reliable predictive maintenance
  • Showcasing how other global Clients are transforming

Data analysis to drive forward planning:

  • Programing reactive visits to reduce cost and customer disruption
  • Reactive and failure data to feed design, specification and equipment selection
  • Root Cause and repeat failures
  • Reactive to planned ratio as a key performance metric

    Required Qualifications

  • B.S. from a credited university along with 5 years of facility management.
  • Must have experience working directly or supporting a commercial real estate and consulting services firm.

Required Driving Statement

This position requires a current valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
