Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
The Facilities Manager will be the on-site leader for our organization at the Unit which may include multiple locations in a geographic area. In the eyes of the client, this is the person that represents our company on a local level – and will be the first point of elevation. The successful candidate must have extremely strong communication, organizational and time management skills.
Responsible for the overall delivery of managed services to the client. Services include, but are not limited to, Janitorial, Landscaping, Physical Security, Pest Control, Moves/Adds/Change, Mailroom and Distribution, Paint/Patch, and Minor Maintenance / Handyman services. Will be responsible for successfully coordinating and supporting all activities of the department including ultimate financial responsibility including invoice reconciliation and approval. Manager will interface with all levels of the facility staff in all matters relating to the Scope of Work at assigned Unit(s). Manager will be responsible for budgets up to ~$5M.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Facilities Management experience within the Business & Industry sector
- Experience with Soft Services to include Janitorial
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- P&L Management
- Client Relations and Customer Service Oriented
- Team leadership Abilities; Staffing Recruiting, Development and Relations
- Planning, Organization & System Know-how
