This position requires the manager to oversee multiple employees and ensure the optimal functioning and operations of all USARC (United States Army Recruiting Command) contained within Region E (Alabama and Florida Pan-Handle). Furthermore, the manager will be in charge of ensuring all preventative maintenance, service calls, and Task Order work is completed accoridng to the contract requirements.
Along with managemnt and oversight the manager will be required to perform hands on maintenance work. Experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpetry is required for this position. We are looking for a well rounded individual with customer service, management, and hands on maintenance skills.
This position will require overnight travel.
