Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced candidate for our Facilities Manager and Maintenance Supervisor. As Facilities Manager, you will serve on various leadership committees, manage the safety and security programs (to include fire safety and emergency response), and coordinate projects relating to maintenance and facility improvements. As Maintenance Supervisor, you will diagnose, schedule, or perform routine maintenance and repair in the office setting, being aware of the condition of the property at all times and taking immediate action to correct unsafe conditions.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working with safety, property, and security issues.
- Experience in general maintenance duties, as well as coordinating services with vendors and contractors.
- Experience with Joint Commission Standards strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Cognitive and emotional ability to deal effectively with multiple stressors, deadlines, and difficult situations.
- Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
- Valid Florida state driver license
