Position Definition
Acting as a Construction Manager as well as various maintenance duties around a Commercial Shopping Center- Holiday Shopping Center.
General Duties
- Receives oral or written orders from Property Manager.
- Performs work according to standard procedure and by building’s operational schedule.
- Oversee renovation projects: Landscaping, Painting, LED & Asphalt/Striping.
- Communication & oversee construction with General Contractors.
- Communication & oversee construction with Contracted vendors- Grounds, Landscaping etc.
- Ensure the property looks good & is clean at all times.
- Ensure the property is safe at all times.
- Security
Qualifications Profile
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions.
- Driver’s License
- Vehicle will be provided if you do not have one (Truck). Your own vehicle is preferred.
- Construction knowledge
- Microsoft word & excel experience
