About the Job
The Facilities Manager will provide the highest possible level of customer service and support for all aspects of property maintenance and operations. Manages and supervises the work of contract service providers in the performance of building operations, maintenance, repair/restoration, and janitorial and tenant services.
Facilities Manager Job Requirements:
5 years minimum experience as Facilities Manager which should include strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and HVAC
Able to read blueprints and supervise any tenant improvement work for landlord compliance
Able to multitask, prioritized and exhibit a high level of initiative.
Excellent problem-solving ability
Strong understanding of OSHA, EPA and state or local regulations impacting commercial facilities.
Able to work flexible hours and weekends if necessary.
Excellent organizational and leadership skill
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Neat, professional appearance and able to maintain excellent tenant customer service and relationship.
