Position Summary:
Ensure that TFHC has the most suitable working environment to conduct operational activities in safe and effective manner for employees and patients alike.

Essential Functions:
Direct supervision of maintenance, ground keeping, cleaning team.
Directing, coordinating and planning essential central services such as couriers, maintenance, mail, supplies shredding, cleaning, waste disposal, and pest control.
Manages the facilities service request log, assigns priority for requests, and assures timely completion of tasks.
Ensuring that all facilities meet applicable regulatory requirements and comply with accreditation obligations.
Preparing documents to put out tenders for contractors.
Project management and supervising and coordinating work of contractors

Monitors operational conditions of all company vehicles, including safety and appearance.
Manages the vehicles maintenance log and assures timely completion of all required maintenance

 

Knowledge and Experience:
Three years of management experience in areas of maintenance and construction.
Good computer skills including intermediate user level knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
Ability to supervise and train employees to include organizing, prioritizing and scheduling work assignments related to the project(s).
Ability to assess and interpret the needs of the organization and translate them into effective project(s)

Ability to foster effective working relationships within a team environment

 

Education, Certification Training and License:
Associate or Bachelor’s Degree
