Essential functions of the position (major duties and responsibilities):
· Performs daily and periodic tasks in assigned areas as directed
· Performs all assignments in accordance with C&W’s approved procedures
· Meets all client and C&W quality expectations in assigned tasks
· Adheres to proper security procedures
· Plans daily, weekly, and monthly activities including training, issue resolution, work orders, preventive maintenance and inspections.
· Creates a daily, weekly and monthly schedule by analyzing reactive versus proactive measures to maximize efficiencies and ensuring flexibility to meet needs.
· Manages schedules and plans and assigns appropriate staff to accomplish work processes. Maintains and improves desired efficiencies. Adjusts as necessary.
· Reports the results and performance of the time specific activities to the appropriate people. Sets and maintains measurable benchmarks. Reviews results to ensure ROI is achieved.
· Creates and maintains work flow processes and interactions. This includes Preventive Maintenance concepts and best practices for the particular environment.
· Coaches and trains staff on the EAM/CMMS solution and best practices for performing tasks. Effective utilization of the system is essential. Increasing staff skill levels increases adoption rates.
· Acts as a responsible liaison between end users and CMMS vendor. Maintains open communications, accepting feedback to improve systems.
· Analyzes trends and data to ensure operationally sound systems and equipment.
· Communicates clearly with departments.
· Conducts monthly staff meetings that incorporate the use of safety and technical training sessions, presenting material in a manner that fosters understanding and willingness to learn by the participants.
· Updates and writes policies and procedures clearly and concisely in a timely manner, evidenced by few questions or misunderstandings regarding new policies and procedures.
· Attends facility-sponsored training, including Blood Borne Pathogens, Fire Safety, Right-To-Know and Chemical Hygiene.
Basic Qualifications:
· Education: Minimum of an Associate Level diploma or equivalent
· Experience: Minimum of 2 to 5 years’ experience working with specified CMMS
Other:
· Must have strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, etc.) Experience with Archibus, Corrigo and/or Maximo is preferred.
· Must be able to take direction, to work with minimal supervision, and to function cooperatively as part of a team.
· Requires attention to detail, a pride in delivering excellent service, organization, and high levels of energy and endurance.
· Must be well organized, while applying sound judgment and decision-making skills to both routine and non-routine issues that arise
· This individual should be self-motivated, stress and pressure resistant, as well as a quick learner.
· Excellent verbal & written communication, customer service and collaboration skills.
· Ability to speak, read and write English fluently.
· Possession of a valid driver’s license.
· Ability to understand the importance of priority of work tasks and the willingness to perform all assigned tasks within his/her ability.
· Must be able to work well in a fast paced/high volume environment, and work well under pressure
· Must be willing to continue training in their skill set to maintain knowledge in the latest equipment and technologies in his/her assigned duties
