Job Summary:
The Facilities Technician is responsible for the maintenance of a safe, clean and comfortable environment for staff and patients at Fast Track Urgent Care’s clinics in the Tampa Bay area as well as light courier duties.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintenance Technicians are responsible for general repairs and maintenance on Fast Track Urgent Care’s buildings, structures and non –technical equipment. Maintenance Technicians perform preventative and repair maintenance to keep all buildings in good operating condition. Must have the ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and valid FL driver’s license.
Supervisory Responsibility:
This position has no supervisory responsibility
Work Conditions:
- Schedule: Travel required throughout Tampa locations; Must be flexible to work at least 20 hours per week, days, evenings, weekends and some holidays

Skills and Qualifications
- Repair and/or replace electrical devices to include light switches, ballasts, fixtures, outlets, circuit breakers, fuses, etc.
- Repair and/or replacement of all building needs to include doors, door hardware, windows, floor tile, ceiling tile, drywall, etc.
- Perform plumbing work such as clearing clogged lines installation and/or repair of new plumbing fixtures, repairs water leaks, etc.
- Inspect and maintain all HVAC systems to include fans, exhausts, duct work, etc.
- Obtains price quotes and prepares Purchase Requests for equipment or supplies that need to be ordered.
- Routinely inspect building roofs, flashings, masonry, building interiors & exteriors, walkways, stairways, exam rooms and common areas.
- Repair and monitor safety equipment

- Requires traveling between the clinic locations on a regular basis while performing light courier duties
Education
- High school Diploma or GED
- Verifiable experience in building trades
- Vocational/ technical training or diploma preferred
Requirements:
Valid FL Driver’s License
Must be able to successfully pass pre-employment screenings.
Drug- and smoke free environment.
