Professional and EXPERIENCED Legal Assistant needed for a small but very busy South Tampa law firm. Top notch, career-minded, professional, must be a self-motivated, experienced Legal Assistant or Paralegal with at a minimum 2 plus years experience in a family law firm to join our law firm. Organization, Effective Communication, Reliability and Punctuality and a natural desire and love of working hard and loving helping other. Must be technology savvy and be problem solver, compassionate and ability to communicate exceptionally with Clients.
Responsibilities include: Legal Assisting in a fast paced, busy law firm- Assisting lawyers, Scheduling, Client Meetings, New Client calls, Drafting basic pleadings, Trial notebooks and hearing binders, including exhibits -Discovery compilation and organization, File maintenance and preparations, Copying, Scanning, Emailing, Maintaining Calendar, and all general law office duties and assisting of the lawyer.
Requirements: 2 plus years experience in a family law firm, Professional, Congenial, Positive and Motivated attitude, Team Player, Kindness and Self Accountability, Career Mindset-a true love of learning and working hard, must Love family law and helping clients.
