Responsibilities and Duties
Description of Duties
- Schedule and attend internal and external kickoff calls and weekly due diligence calls.
- Prepare Borrower contact list and circulate to team.
- Prepare and maintain a due diligence checklist for internal and external parties.
- Interact with external parties in a timely manner on questions related to the transaction.
- Review final loan documents and prepare loan package to submit to HUD.
- Coordinate the engagement, receipt and expense accounting for all third party reports.
- Assist with the closing of transactions.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
Skills and Experience
- Working knowledge of MS Office products, especially Word and Excel.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Multifamily credit/underwriting knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to handle issues with external parties in a professional manner.
- Must be able to meet deadlines, prioritize and handle multiple assignments, and adapt to change in a busy work environment.
- The ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Desire and ability to work extra hours to complete assigned tasks.
- May require some travel.
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree; preferably in a school of business.
- Five (5) or more years of work experience in a real estate, legal, or finance related profession.

Salary: $35,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year
