Field Acquisition Associate

A day in the life of a Field Acquisitions Associate
The Field Acquisition Associate will work directly with the Acquisitions Manager and will be responsible for building and maintaining MSR’s brand awareness in your territory, performing some the functions of a buyer’s agent in local transactions and establishing relationships with local real estate professionals with the goal of attaining non MLS buying opportunities for our clients.
- Target local builders, developers, investors, RE managements companies, sellers brokers and agents to build relationships aimed at acquiring SFR’s for our clients
- Perform pre-inspects on select homes in your territory
- Assist with local and online real estate auctions
- Attend local trade functions

What you’ll need to have
- The ability to work independently while being supervised by the Acquisitions Manager in NYC
- Strong verbal and written skills
- A local real estate license and 2+ years’ experience
- Proven track record of relationship building in a sales environment
- High energy and outgoing personality
- Must have a current and valid driver’s license

- Travel around the metro area will be required.
- Days of work are Monday through Friday, however, occasional evening and weekend hours may be required as job duties demand.
