Job Summary

The Field Administrator is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate completion of client orders, for managing the flow of mail, shipments, and correspondence for the office. Regular duties will include constant contact with clients and custodians and data entry. Specific duties include but are not limited to.

Tasks and Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

  • Schedule appointments with custodians of records.
  • Scan/photocopy records using company equipment.
  • Constantly update location/database information for highest level of accuracy.
  • Sort and process mail.
  • Answer incoming calls from custodians and clients.
  • Create status updates of orders by performing data entry.
  • Prepare records for shipment.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong English language communication skills, including reading, writing and speaking.
  • Daily access to personal transportation.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, custodians and other departments especially via telephone.
  • Valid state driver’s license.
  • State minimum requirement of car insurance.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Creative problem solving skills.
  • Ability to;
  • communicate effectively with clients and other departments
  • prioritize and manage multiple requests
  • work well under pressure and meet deadline while multi-tasking
  • work independently and without oversight for long periods of time
