Full Job Description
We are a full service property management company with properties throughout Tampa Bay. We currently have a full-time position for a Field Agent.
DESCRIPTION
This position is held on the road and consists of assisting in property management activities such as taking listing photos, conducting move-in inspections, move-out inspections, annual site visits, posting notices on doors, making key copies, installing/remove lockboxes, installing/remove for rent signs, and other tasks as needed.
SALARY
- $15/hour
HOURS
Monday to Friday from 9am – 5:30pm
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY FOR THIS POSITION:
- Valid driver’s license
- Good driving record
- Must pass background check
QUALITIES WE LOOK FOR:
- Dependability
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communicator
- Experience with digital photography is a plus
- Real estate license or experience is a plus
