Field Operations Specialist Team Lead
Compensation: $33,280 – $41,600 + overtime, bonus, mileage/cell phone/laptop, paid vacation, insurance and available stock options!
The Field Operations Specialist Team Lead is responsible for all field operations aspects of property readiness in the Tampa market. Ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual that is capable of managing a high volume of vacation rentals within Tampa. This person will need to be a self-starter, with an extreme attention to detail, who has the aptitude for a management role once the market grows and matures.
