Real Estate Investment Firm seeking an individual to perform occupancy determination checks and report on the condition of residential properties in Pinellas and Hillsborough Counties to help with acquisitions.
You will be given a list of approximately 15-20 properties to inspect each day – on a route – up to four days per week using a company provided vehicle. At each property, you will be attempting to contact the occupant and checking condition and taking photos of the property with a smartphone.
This independent contractor position requires someone who is able to knock on a door and talk to strangers. You also must be physically able to walk around a house in order to get photos of the property condition.
Pay is structured as a “pay per visit” for each property you visit and a bonus for properties we acquire due to the information you provide to us.
Candidate must have a valid driver’s license to drive a car/van and clean background check.
