The Field Services Staff (FSS) member’s main objective is to create scopes of work for all rehab and make-ready turn properties through a prescribed series of home inspections, including a pre-move-out consultation and post move-in orientation with residents. Through these functions, the FSS member sets the stage for the relationship between Pathlight and the resident. This is a field position requiring working from home or remotely and use of personal vehicle.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create scope for all rehab and make-ready turn properties to ensure that each home is transitioned or returned to a high level of move-in readiness
- Establish trust and develop good working relationships with residents during orientation and consultation inspections
- Complete mid-lease property evaluations of single-family homes
- Responsible for performing post-move-out inspections & recommending repairs
- Responsible for performing move-in inspections & documenting the pre-move-in condition
- Responsible for pre-move-out consultations and post move-in orientations with residents
- Responsible for supporting the eviction process and appearing in court
- May assist in HOA violation documentation and rental registration processes
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience
- Access to a reliable insurable vehicle and active Driver License
- Ability to multitask and prioritize critical items moment to moment
- Ability to learn new software tools
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively with a team
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills
- Possess a strong passion for customer service and success to achieve goals
