About the Job
Due to continued firm growth, the Law Office of Ligori & Ligori has an opening for an entry-level File Clerk.
The responsibilities include:
- Filing legal paperwork on a daily bases, closing out case files for Case Manager, Answering phones, scanning, saving mail, mailing letters, and helping the front office as needed.
Qualifications:
- Applicants must have an Associates’ Degree (preferably in paralegal studies.)
- Be able to be on your feet filing everyday to make sure the production team can keep working.
- Must be a team player and work well with others and have great phone skills.
- Must be professional at all times, work well under pressure, and be able to multitask.
The pay is $13.00 per hour plus full benefits after the 90-day probationary period.
Benefits:
- Include 6 personal days, $50k life insurance policy, health, dental, vision, 10 days vacation after one year, and 401K.
