Full Job Description
TempExperts is seeking a Filing Clerk to join a growing Palm Harbor team! The Filing Clerk will be responsible for pulling files from a specified list as well as adding documents and files to boxes as well.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- File pulling: Filing Clerks receive a list of files from their lead/supervisor. The list includes file information and file location. Clerks locate the file and pull it.
- Add to box: add pulled files to a box physically and electronically using VaultLink (a file management and inventory system).
- File trailing documents: receive documents that were received after the collateral file. Locate the collateral file and include the trailing documents.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 1-2 years of clerical experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented- able to follow precise instructions
- Team-player
- Dependable
Physical Requirements:
- This position requires being on your feet (standing still and walking around) about 80% of the day.
- You will be lifting boxes up to 50 lbs.
