ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Development and deployment of new processes and process enhancements including tools and templates
• Monitoring automated processes and making necessary adjustments for fulfillment activities in financial systems.
• Ensuring necessary operational related accounts are open, available and accurately reporting fulfillment activities.
• Preparing and/or reviewing financial journal entries
• Preparing and/or reviewing general ledger account reconciliations.
• Preparing and/or reviewing reconciliations of fulfillment activity.
• Performs maintenance work related to support financial systems for reporting fulfillment activities.
• Analyzes, prepares and reviews monthly client reports
• Other financial analysis as needed
• Work with domestic and global teams
• Provides clients with timely and accurate financial information related to fulfillment activities and researches issues/questions
• Researches and develops special projects as requested
• Assists with inventories of financial instruments used in operational activities
• Provides back-up support to various groups within the Finance department as needed
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge and demonstrated ability in creating financial spreadsheets for analysis
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Ability to multi-task as demonstrated by previous experience
• Ability to work weekends/holidays or travel as needed to multiple facilities
