Stellar Partners, Inc is looking for a Financial Analyst who has expert level strategic thinking & financial modeling skills to work at our corporate office located in Tampa. The Financial Analyst will be the key financial advisor for the organization responsible for compiling, analyzing, and presenting sales and gross margin trend results. This position is accountable for taking large sets of numerical data and extracting valuable information about the company’s revenue and making recommendations that management can use to make business decisions. The Financial Analyst will identify and recommend opportunities for improved profitability through different initiatives maintaining the financial controls. Must embody strong work ethic, independence, a passion for learning and positive attitude.
This is not a fully remote position; We currently offer a hybrid work schedule with a minimum of 2 days in the office. In office requirement is subject to change to due to position, department or business needs.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Prepare the annual budget and quarterly forecasts for sales and gross margin
- Align budget and forecast expectations with top company executives to ensure initiatives and targets are developed
- Execute tracking and trending of key indicators such as UPT, AYV, AUR and provide feedback for improved performance
- Perform various data queries and work weekly with data cubes
- Create analytical tools to improve processes, increase efficiencies and identify opportunities for improved profitability
- Create tools to effectively analyze results of promotional activity
- Follow trends in our industry and use data to make recommendations
- Provide analytical support and cross functional projects as requested
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or Statistics; MBA strongly preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant financial analysis, data management, or financial planning experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required, experience with business operations and computer software
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal skills; ability to communicate clearly
- Effectively present to management on project status and solutions
- Organizational & multitasking skills to meet hard deadlines
- Retail industry experience required; Travel industry experience preferred
