The Lease Administration Finance Manager, under limited supervision, is responsible for all functions related to the lease accounting and financial reporting requirements supporting the lease administration services for one corporate account.

Responsibilities
General:
Fosters excellent relationships with client and landlords
Must have strong leadership skills as responsibilities may include supervision of staff
Verbal and written communications with client, business partnership and landlord
Prepare monthly reports and ensure accuracy
Maintains client relationship by building trust through superior service delivery
Produce effective communications and interaction with Client’s internal stakeholders
Ensure high level of accuracy and optimum service delivery
Working extensively with Client and LA Account Director to establish sound financial policies/controls
Portfolio Administration:
Produce month end reporting for client in agreed formats on all financial activities
Provides client support with budgeting/forecasting requirements
Review and track monthly rent variances with clear concise explanations
Ensures accuracy of month end report prior to submission to clients
Ensuring client requirements and C&W quality procedures are followed
Perform LL OPEX/CAM reconciliations and bill back to Sub-tenants as required
Must be knowledgeable of the new FASB lease accounting requirements
Performs other office functions as necessary and applicable which may include, but are not limited to, photocopying, and electronic filing of relevant documentation
Process Management:
Participates with team members to seek innovative ideas to streamline processes
Develop and implement standardized processes that create maximum efficiencies
Requirements
University degree required; graduate work preferred; CPA designation is an advantage
5-7 years of Real Estate Property Accounting/Finance experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills required
Excellent real estate financial analysis skills with application of accounting concepts
Computer: Highly proficient with MS Office Suite, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel to include pivots and advanced formulas
Exceptional presentation skills
Results oriented with emphasis on accuracy and effective controls
Physical Requirements
Involves work of a general office nature; typically includes extended periods of sitting and/or operation of a computer for up to 8 hours a day
May involve periods of standing, such as operating at a copier/fax/scanner
Regularly required to talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to write and type
Ability to speak clearly so others can understand you
Ability to read and understand information and ideas presented orally and in writing
Ability to communicate information and ideas in writing and orally so others will understand
Regularly required to utilize vision abilities, allowing reading of printed material, graphics, and computer displays
