Operating 13 locations throughout Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Manatee and Sarasota counties Shapes is the regions premier women’s only fitness facility. Fitness Sales Consultant
This position involves new member recruitment and ongoing interaction with members, including assistance with program development and retention. This position requires enthusiasm, flexibility, motivation and the ability to thrive in a high energy, fast paced, fun atmosphere. Candidates must be available to work nights and weekends. We encourage our team to lead members by example so a passion for health and fitness is preferable. While a sales background is a plus, we will hire an inexperienced candidate with the appropriate attitude and work ethic. Receptionist/Customer Service
The “Director of First Impressions” meets and greets all members and guests with a big smile and helpful attitude. The position resembles that of a concierge. Responsibilities include multi-line phone work, basic paperwork including filing and faxing, club announcements, member retention and directing all inquiries to the appropriate club personnel. Candidates must possess an upbeat, outgoing personality and the ability to multi-task. Full and part time positions are available.
