Cassidy Turley Tampa is accepting applications for an experienced industrial broker to join the industrial team in the marketing, leasing and sales of our industrial listings in the Tampa Bay market.
Ideally we would like to have the following qualities:
• FL Licensed sales person or broker
• 2 years working experience in a real estate
• Industrial leasing and sales experience preferred
• Word processing and Excel skills for writing proposals, leases, and analysis
As part of the job you will:
• Become part of the Industrial team in the leasing of several industrial portfolios
• Become well versed in the value of the assigned properties and conduct tours and showings
• Be trained and mentored by a senior brokers with established pipelines of business
• Write leasing offers and proposals
• Follow up on tours, inquiries and proposals
• Cold call on industrial users, owners and tenants for listings, owner representation and tenant representation
• Maintain monthly inventory reports, status reports, Listing updates, and marketing material up to date.
