We are searching for a Floating Leasing Manager in the Texas market to support our growth and assist in training and developing new team members. This position will be responsible for training and mentoring new team members and auditing marketing, applications and leasing functions of properties assigned. Additional duties include coverage for vacancies and assisting in developing marketing strategies for the portfolio.

Required:

2+ years Leasing experience in multi-family housing.

Experience with LIHTC programs.

Excellent Customer Service Skills

Strong Organizational Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Frequent Travel

High School Diploma or equivalent

Valid Driver’s License

Preferred:

HCCP, COS, LCAM or similar designation
