JOB DESCRIPTION

Regional retail developer based in Tampa Bay seeking a self-motivated, profit driven individual with strong relationship & communication skills.  Must be savvy with use of social media, latest communication-marketing techniques and up on current trends in the commercial real estate and development industry. Need at least 3 years experience in the field of retail site selection or leasing.  Current active Florida RE license is a must.
