Job Summary 

  • Supervises front desk personnel and oversees tasks to ensure smooth operation of the front office.
  • Addresses guest concerns in a timely and professional manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Provides training to front desk personnel.


The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation:

Required: 

  • Excellent communication skills oral and written
  • Excellent guest service skills
  • Ability to stand for an eight hour shift
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays


Preferred: 

  • Minimum two years Front Desk experience in a supervisory position.
  • Marriott / Starwood experience is preferred.
  • Experience with Galaxy Light Speed is ideal.
  • General knowledge of Hotel departments preferred.
