Critical Skills and Experience
· Demonstrated proficiency in typing, and 10-key numeric pad input
· Strong knowledge of QuickBooks
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 with heavy emphasis on Excel
· 1-2 years of experience within the field of accounting
· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
Job Responsibilities
· Heavy and continuous bookkeeping
· Tax Preparation for individuals and businesses
· Provide superior level of responsiveness to clients across all areas of firm
· Master the numerous policies and procedures within the office
Requirements:
· Hyper attention to detail
· Ability to work in fast-paced setting
· Self-motivation with ability to work with minimal supervision
· Maintenance of organization’s values through confidentiality of client information
