Great Jones is a residential real estate management company. We are seeking runners in the Bradenton/Sarasota, Pinellas/Pasco, Tampa, and Orlando areas. Runners will travel to properties we manage to perform simple tasks, such as placing and retrieving yard signs and key boxes, performing photo inspections, retrieving and dropping off keys, etc. A runner would need reliable transportation, a decent smartphone, internet access, and be able to work with simple apps. A plus would be someone familiar with very basic mechanical task and tools (i.e. could drill out and replace a doorknob and/or deadbolt).
