Dominion Financial Services is a real estate investment company located in Baltimore, Maryland and we are seeking a reliable freelance photographer who can photograph properties during construction phases. The ideal candidate will have their own professional camera and reliable means of transportation. Upon completion, we need a signed W9, invoice, and the pictures must be submitted to the designated box.com folder.
Oftentimes, these properties come up quickly, so we need somebody who is reliable, checks their email often, and can respond almost immediately. We require at least a 24-hour turnaround time, i.e. if we email a property to you, we need to know and trust that you will take care of it and we will have pictures uploaded within the next 24 hours. We work very quickly to provide our customers with the loans they need.
