URGENT!

SnowBird Invests is looking for a responsible photographer/videographer to fill an immediate need. We work with real estate agents and property managers across the state of Florida and we are looking for a photographer to provide us video and pictures of the property we consider buying in Sarasota and the surrounding area.

We offer a competitive payout per property. Projects do not require any post production, processing or editing. Just capture contents required in the given instruction guide, upload via Google Drive or Dropbox and get paid. To participate in our program, you must provide your own equipment, be insured and have reliable transportation.

Here are some of the angles or pictures that are needed per property (A Step-By-Step Guide will be provided):

PHOTO INSTRUCTIONS:

Using a smart phone or camera, take photos to showcase the property from many different angles of the exterior and interior and also to show the nature of any work needed.

  • Only 1 picture is needed of the same thing/angle. Delete the duplicates.
  • Make sure the resolution is high enough to take quality images
  • Take pics during the day and images are well lit.
  • Take pics from each corner to provide every angle. For example, a bedroom should have 5 pictures (each corner and the ceiling).

Neighbors/Street:

  • House to the left
  • House to the right
  • House across the street
  • From street, take pic down the road each way
