Unlike other cloud-based storage solutions, PropertyPhotos.com enables our Real Estate professionals to clearly see the history, ownership and license they have to each and every photograph, giving security and peace of mind. We’re looking for high-quality Real Estate photographers to join our pool of contractors as we photograph thousands of properties all across the US . Your Role We are looking for creative, organized, and professional photographers to provide unique content for our site, www.propertyphotos.com Responsibilities include: Photographing apartment complexes and amenities, showcasing communities in their best light. Upload unedited photographs to our photo team in a timely manner, we’ll take care of the rest – no editing/post-production work! Requirements Must have online samples of bracketed real-estate work (interiors and exteriors) Minimum of 2 years of professional photographic experience. Must own professional equipment including but not limited to: Sharp, wide-angle lens(es) (12mm on cropped sensor, 18mm on full sensor) Strong tripod Proficiency in capturing HDR images through bracketing (no in-camera HDR feature permitted; AEB permitted but not preferred). Ability to properly white balance images in mixed light situations. Detail oriented and organized. Will be responsible for scheduling appointments with clients. Ability to photograph locations during the daytime on weekdays (does not work for someone with a full-time job) Ideal candidate will: Have experience with cloud-based file storage/sharing web applications (box.com, dropbox.com) Have experience with Matterport cameras Benefits Potentially lots of freelance work!
