The Front Desk Administrator will offer assistance to employees, direct inquiries to appropriate personnel and provide information as needed.

  • Offer assistance to employees, directing inquiries to appropriate personnel and providing information and resources as needed.
  • Answer incoming company phone line and greet, assist, and direct all visitors.
  • Assist with meeting and event coordination.
  • Interact with all levels of management, staff, customers and business partners as necessary.
  • Order and maintain stock of general office supplies.
  • Participate in special projects as needed.

here’s what we’re looking for…

  • Bachelor’s degree required; related administrative and/or HR experience preferred, but not required.
  • Able to work 15-20 hours, part-time, per week
  • Requires both written and oral fluency in English and Spanish languages.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of management.
  • Detail oriented and extremely organized.
  • Ability to multitask in a high volume, fast-paced work environment with very strict deadlines.
  • Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and be extremely professional and poised.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
