Job Title: Front Desk Officer
Location: St. Petersburg
Hours: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm Monday – Friday
Wage: Pay is commensurate with experience
Job Description: The Front Desk Officer provides overall assistance for all activities related to real estate office operations. The Front Desk Officer works closely with office management, staff, and real estate agents assisting in all related Agent Services, Management Services, and Accounting Services.
Essential Functions:
Responsible for greeting all customers, staff, and sales associates entering the office. Responsible for ensuring a productive office work environment. Ensures that office management and sales associates are provided with professional and rapid responses to all inquiries and requests. Assists sales associates, helps to improve their technical skills, and encourages their professional and financial development.

Dress Code: Dress code is indoor office environment business attire at all times.
Agent Services: Office Orientation for new agents. Assist with computer tasks, listing and contract documentation, problem solve.
Management Services: Direct Managing Broker business calls from the general public, other realtors, vendors. Assist with walk-ins. Process and maintain all new and existing files in appFiles and LoneWolf. Maintain inventory of all office materials, supplies, etc. Assist with coordination of office functions (closings schedule, sales meetings, trainings, special events, etc). Distribute incoming mail. Process daily outgoing mail to Corporate office.
Accounting Services: Process closings (receive checks, ensure all paperwork is in order and upload to corresponding file for agent commission checks). Receive office bills and send to accounting for payment.
Technology: Should be able to assist Agents and Brokers with necessities for running a successful office. Should provide basic technology support in office that is specific to company or industry technology, tools or systems (i.e. MLS Search, Transaction Management systems). Should provide agent guidance on company resources.
Position hours of work: This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday; 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Occasional weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel: Local travel when necessary within Pinellas County
Preferred Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of previous General Office and/or Real Estate Office Experience. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Publisher at a minimum). Must have a fundamental understanding of downloading and manipulating files and photos. Must have experience in utilizing an MLS system and inputting data into database system. No need to apply if requirements are not met.
