This Position Requires: *A positive attitude and deep commitment to relationship building, follow-up, and customer service. *Competence with computers, email, multiple line phone system, social media, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher) *Above average phone skills. *Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office. (Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher) *Detail oriented, Thorough. Bookkeeping skills are an advantage, but not required. *Team player who enjoys working with and assisting others. *An ability to perform multiple projects. *Disciplined. *Capacity to work in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment. *An ability to focus, remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines. *Motivation to be punctual, hardworking and dependable. *Prior Real Estate experience a plus. *Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn knowledge a plus. *Growth minded personally and professionally. *Ability to Own the Role.
