Due to internal advancements and growth we are now seeking a professional receptionist to add to our growing team. We have a modern office with great energy! We are a growing, fast-paced specialty remodeling company located right off of I275 in North St Petersburg.
This is a key position in the company with several responsibilities including answering multi-line phones, directing calls to the appropriate department, answering general customer & employee questions, as well as greeting & assisting all visitors in a positive manner. This is an entry level position with our company that can and has led to advancement.
Work Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5 pm and every other Saturday 8 am – 12 pm. with a 30 minute lunch break (Saturdays = Overtime pay when applicable)
General duties include:
Answering phones & greeting guests as they arrive
Taking & dispatching messages to proper departments
Informing department heads when applicants or vendors arrive
Maintain appointment books for interviews for multiple departments
Providing & assisting new applicants with new hire paperwork
Assisting department heads with daily tasks (on an as needed basis)
Responsible for incoming & outgoing mail via USPS, FedEx & UPS
Preparing training materials for classes and meetings
Ordering food for training classes and meetings
Other duties may be assigned as needed
Requirements:
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel & Outlook
Must be able to write business form letters and emails
Basic knowledge of CRM – database
Ability to speak clearly, concisely — Good grammar skills (written and oral) are necessary to be successful in this position
Be organized!
Must have a positive attitude since you will be dealing with in-coming customers’ calls and vendors.
