Position Title: Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Admin.

Department: Office Dept.

Location: Tampa, Florida- MCSI Headquarters.

Position Reports to: President and Managing Director of MCSI.

Use your Construction Management experience, leadership, and interpersonal skills to inspire exceptional performance and provide effective administration, plan and set up sites. As a Receptionist, at Matcon Construction you will also be responsible for the following:

* Greet clients and visitors

* Direct calls to the appropriate department and persons

* Reserve conference rooms & arrange meetings

* Maintain knowledge of who is working on which project -Maintaining Job List for APMS.

* Sign & manage incoming packages

* Create all FedEx Labels. Drop off all FedEx packages at FedEx.

* Disperse incoming mail, manage out-going mail & keeping up with voicemails

* Maintaining front of office and keeping conference room neat for guests

* Assisting office with various administrative tasks: copies, faxing etc.

* Corresponding between clients and office staff when needed

* Ordering plans, business cards & various signs needed for onsite projects

* Monitor accounting email daily.

* Print all electronic invoices and date stamp along with distribute to all APMS.

* Check business mailbox daily, open and date stamp and distribute to all APMS.

* Order all printer ink online.

* Replenish all paper for all printers, daily.

* Update Expense Pick -UP Check Form, when needed.

* Give all walk-in applicants Matcon employment application.

* Maintain and update supply order list and submit to Office Manager.

* Organize and put away all incoming supplies.

* Updating office extension list

* Running various errands for upper management- Thank you notes, post office, supplies, etc.

* Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

The professional we are seeking will have:

* 2 years experience as front desk or receptionist

* Must be able to multi-task

* work at a very fast pace

* Must pass pre-employment drug screening.

* Must pass background screening.

* Must be able to work in the United States.

Schedule will be as follows: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday- Off on Weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $14.00 to $15.00 /hour

Experience:

  • Microsoft Word Products: 1 year (Required)
  • Customer Service: 4 years (Preferred)
  • Receptionist: 2 years (Required)
  • Office Administration: 2 years (Preferred)
